Weighted policy daemon for postfix

Policyd-weight is (as the name says) a weighted policyd for Postfix. It uses HELO, MAIL FROM and the MTA IP address for scoring their correctness. It also uses definable DNSBLs and RHSBLs in a scored fashion.
